Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktail

Strawberry Daiquiri Cocktails

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup ice
• 5 strawberries
• 50ml Vodka
• 30ml lime juice
• 15ml triple sec
• 1/2tsp superfine sugar
• ½ Strawberry to garnish

MIXING EQUIPMENT:

• Blender

GLASS:

• Margarita glass
• Hurricane cocktail glass

METHOD:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour it into your margarita glass, garnish with strawberry.

Green Dragon Cocktail

Green Dragon cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

• Two shots of vodka
• One shot of Green Chartreuse

GLASS:

• Cocktail

METHOD:

Shake all the ingredients with cracked ice. Strain and pour.

GARNISH:

A cherry.

Madam I’m Adam cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

• One shot of vodka
• A dash of triple sec
• One shot of cranberry juice
• One shot of grapefruit juice
• Half a shot of pineaplle juice

GLASS:

• Goblet

METHOD:

Shake the vodka, triple sec and cranberry juice with cracked ice. Strain and pour. Add the grapefruit juice. Next shake half a shot of pineapple juice with cracked ice untin froth is formed, and spoon it over the top.

GARNISH:

Lime peel and a strawberry.

INGREDIENTS:

• One and a half shots of vodka
• Half a shot of white rum
• A dash of lemon juice
• A dash of milk
• A dash of sugar syrup

GLASS:

• Cocktail

METHOD:

Shake all the ingredients with cracked ice. Strain and pour.

GARNISH:

A lemon wheel.
