Pink Thong

Pink Thong cocktail.

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:

• 2parts Vodka
• 1part Pink Cherry Kirch
• Juice of Freshly Squeezed Lemon
• Club Soda

MIXING EQUIPMENT:

• Shaker
• Muddler
• Cocktail glass

MIXING METHOD:

Muddle the Cherry in a chilled cocktail glass, shake all the above and pour over the muddled cherry and top up with club soda.

GARNISH:

Lemon Wheel.

Apple Martini Cocktail

Apple Martini cocktail.

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:

• 2parts Vodka
• 1part Apple Sour
• 1part Simple Syrup
• Freshly Squeezed Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1/8 Quartered Green Apple

MIXING EQUIPMENT:

• Shaker
• Muddle
• Martini Glass

MIXING METHOD:

Muddle the quartered apple in the shaker, pack crushed ice and add the above ingredients, with the garnish. Shake briskly and pour into a chilled glass.

GARNISH:

Green apple wedge.

Demi’s Kremlin Knights

Demi’s Kremlin Knights Cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

• 15ml Absolut Vanilla Vodka
• 15ml Chambord
• 20ml Cream
• 20ml Milk
• 10ml Gomme Sugar Syrup

MIXING EQUIPMENT:

• Cocktail shaker
• Fine strainer

METHOD:

Half fill your shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients to your shaker. Shake well and fine, sieve into a chilled cocktail glass.

Harvey Wallbanger Cocktail

Harvey Wallbanger cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

• One and a half shots of vodka
• Half a shot of Galliano
• Orange juice

GLASS:

• Tumbler

METHOD:

Pour the vodka and Galliano over ice. Top up with orange juice and stir.

GARNISH:

Slices of orange.
