Cocktails under 'Tequila'
Thanks to the refreshing touch of apple, this cocktail is special. The apple juice and the orange tang of Cointreau, teamed with the sweeter flavours of golden tequila, can fool you into thinking this is a soft drink. Be warned- it is not! This is a happy cocktail for happy times, and will always put you in a wonderfull frame of mind.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml (1 oz) gold tequila
- 10ml (1/3 oz) triple sec (or Cointreau)
- 20ml (2/3 oz) freshly pressed apple juice
EQUIPMENT:
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Martini glass
MIXING METHOD:
Fill the shaker with ice and pour in all the ingredients. Shake the contents well and strain into the glass. Garnish with an orange peel, and serve with a small straw if you wish.

Exotic and vibrant, the Alligator is a summer-holiday cocktail with a full spectrum of flavours: it takes you all the way from sweet, through sour, to sharp. It has a long, fruity finish and can easily be mistaken for a soft drink.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml (1 oz) tequila
- 20ml (2/3 oz) Pisang Ambon banana or other fruit liquer.
- dash pineapple sour
- dash lemon sour
EQUIPMENT:
MIXING METHOD:
Fill the shaker with ice and pour in the ingredients. Shake well and strain into the glass. Garnish with a wheel of lime on the rim.

Shooter
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz tequila,
- 10 drops Tabasco hot sauce,
- Splash Roses liem juice,
- Splash lemon-lime mix,
- Dash black pepper
EQUIPMENT:
MIXING METHOD:
Combined ice cold tequila, tabasco, Roses, lemon-lime mix with ice in a cocktail mixer. Mix briefly. Pour into (freezer chilled) shot glasses. Garnish with black pepper.
