Sub Marine cocktail.
COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:
- Tequila
- Black Ice Smirnoff
MIXING EQUIPMENT:
- Shot Glass
- Whiskey Tumbler
MIXING METHOD:
Fill shot glass with tequila and hold it in the left hand, place a whiskey tumbler over it and turn it over so the shot glass has the tequila, but upside down in the whiskey tumbler. Press it with your thumb and pour the black ice and Gulp in one shot.

Fool’s Gold cocktail.
INGREDIENTS:
- One shot of gold tequila
- One shot of triple sec
- A dash of lime juice
- A dash of lemon juice
- A dash of sugar syrup
- Five drops of Tabasco
- Cola
GLASS:
METHOD:
Shake everything except the cola and the Tobasco with cracked ice. Strain and pour over ice. Top up with cola and add the Tobasco.
GARNISH:
A lemon wheel.

This variation on the classic White Russian has a beautiful combination of flavours: coffee from the Kahlua and spice from the tequila. For the best results chill the ingredients before mixing.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml (1 oz) white tequila
- 30ml (1 oz) Kahlua coffee liqueur
- Double cream on top
EQUIPMENT:
- Chilled Martini glass
- Whisk
- Bar spoon
MIXING METHOD:
Put the tequila and then the Kahlua into the glass. Lightly whip the cream, then using the back or bowl of the bar spoon, carefully create a layer of cream on top of the cocktail.
