Demi’s Kremlin Knights

Demi’s Kremlin Knights Cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

• 15ml Absolut Vanilla Vodka
• 15ml Chambord
• 20ml Cream
• 20ml Milk
• 10ml Gomme Sugar Syrup

MIXING EQUIPMENT:

• Cocktail shaker
• Fine strainer

METHOD:

Half fill your shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients to your shaker. Shake well and fine, sieve into a chilled cocktail glass.

Fuzzy Navel Cocktail

Fuzzy Navel cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

• Two shots of peach schnapps
• Orange juice

GLASS:

• Highball

METHOD:

Pour the peach schnapps over ice. Top up with orange juice.

GARNISH:

Slices of orange.

Hurricane Cocktail

Hurricane cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

• One and a half shots of dark rum
• One and a half shots of white rum
• One shot of gin
• Half a shot of Amaretto
• A dash of grenadine
• Orange juice
• Grapefruit juice
• Pineapple juice

GLASS:

• Tumbler

METHOD:

Mix all the ingredients in a bar glass and pour over ice. Top up with equal measure of the fruit juices.

GARNISH:

A cherry and a lime wedge.

Harvey Wallbanger Cocktail

Harvey Wallbanger cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

• One and a half shots of vodka
• Half a shot of Galliano
• Orange juice

GLASS:

• Tumbler

METHOD:

Pour the vodka and Galliano over ice. Top up with orange juice and stir.

GARNISH:

Slices of orange.
