Apple Martini Cocktail

Apple Martini cocktail.

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:

• 2parts Vodka
• 1part Apple Sour
• 1part Simple Syrup
• Freshly Squeezed Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1/8 Quartered Green Apple

MIXING EQUIPMENT:

• Shaker
• Muddle
• Martini Glass

MIXING METHOD:

Muddle the quartered apple in the shaker, pack crushed ice and add the above ingredients, with the garnish. Shake briskly and pour into a chilled glass.

GARNISH:

Green apple wedge.

Wapewe Shooter

Wapewe Shooter cocktail.
Name derived from Kenyan organization “With all people empowered we excel”.

COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS:

• Grenadine Syrup
• Creme de Menthe
• Blue Curacao

MIXING EQUIPMENT:

• Bar Spoon
• Shot Glass

MIXING METHOD:

Lay Grenadine syrup first, then Creme de Menthe and  then Blue Curacao. Enjoy.

Gilroy Cocktail

Gilroy cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:

• One shot of gin
• One shot of cherry brandy
• Half a shot of dry vermouth
• Half a shot of lemon juice
• A dash of bitters

GLASS:

• Cocktai

METHOD:

Shake all the ingredients with cracked ice. Strain and pour.

GARNISH:

A cherry and an orange twist.
