B-52 Cocktail
This cocktail, named after the American B-52 bombers, is the original layered cocktail. Its three distinct layers not only taste great, but look great too.
INGREDIENTS:
- 20ml (2/3 oz) Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 20ml (2/3 oz) chilled Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
- 20ml (2/3 oz) Grand Marnier
EQUIPMENT:
- Bar spoon
- Shot glass or tumbler
MIXING METHOD:
Pour the Kahlua into the glass. Rest the tip of the bar spoon against the inside of the glass, back or bowl uppermost. Slowly pour the Baileys and then the Grand Marnier over the spoon to create the layers.
