Zombie Cocktail

This cocktail was created in Hollywood in 1934.
INGREDIENTS:
- 20ml (2/3 oz) white rum
- 20ml (2/3 oz) golden rum
- 20ml (2/3 oz) dark rum
- 10ml (1/3 oz) cherry brandy
- 10ml (1/3 oz) freshly pressed pineapple juice
- 30ml (1 oz) freshly squeezed orange juice
- 10ml (1/3 oz) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 20ml (2/3 oz) papaya juice
- Dash almond syrup
- Dash 151-proof Demerara rum
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Highball glass
- Stirring spoon
MIXING METHOD:
Fill the shaker with ice. Pour in all ingredients except 151-proof rum. Shake; strain into an ice-filled highball. Pour in the rum; stir. Garnish with lemon balm and a straw.
