Sea Breeze

The Sea Breeze is thought to have been first mixed in 1920s in New York, but its present popularity owes much to Absolut, which - since 1990s - has promoted its brand as the perfect Sea Breeze vodka.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 60ml (2 oz) vodka
  • 120ml (4 oz) cranberry juice
  • 60ml (2 oz) freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

EQUIPMENT:

  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Highball glass

MIXING METHOD:

Fill the shaker with ice, and pour in the ingredients. Shake well and strain into the glass.
