You will love this cocktail for its perfect balance of sweetness and alcohol.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml (1 oz) brandy
- 90ml (3 oz) ruby port
- Yolk of one egg
- 1 slice fresh pineapple
EQUIPMENT:
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Martini glass
MIXING METHOD:
Place some ice in the shaker and pour in the ingredients. Shake for 12-14 seconds to fully integrate the egg. Strain into the glass and decorate with grated nutmeg.
