In this classic cocktail, the almond syrup marries beautifully with the sweet, toffee flavours of the rum, while the citrus of the Grand Marnier provides intensity.
INGREDIENTS:
- 15ml (1/2 oz) Grand Marnier
- 15ml (1/2 oz) almond syrup
- 60ml (2 oz) Appleton Estate V/X aged rum
- 30ml (1 oz) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Tumbler
MIXING METHOD:
Fill the shaker with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into the glass filled with ice. Garnish with slices of pineapple and kiwi.
