Macca Cocktail

This is a pink cocktail, perfect for summer drinking. If you prefer your cocktails to be on the dry side rather than sweeter, use only the dry vermouth; or replace the creme de cassis with creme de mure, which tends to be less sugary.
INGREDIENTS:
- 20ml (2/3 oz) dry gin
- 20ml (2/3 oz) dry vermouth
- 20ml (2/3 oz) sweet vermouth
- Dash creme de cassis
- Soda water to fill
- Mixing glass
- Bar spoon
- Highball glass
MIXING METHOD:
Pour all the ingredients except the soda into the mixing glass. Stir. Pour into a highball filled with ice and top with soda.
