Kamikaze Cocktail

December 5th, 2006

Packed with zest and fruity freshness, this is a well-balanced, cream-coloured cocktail. You could try replacing the vodka with white tequila or even white rum. The result may not be a crisp and tangy, but it will still be excellent.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30ml (1 oz) Cointreau
  • 60ml (2 oz) vodka
  • 30ml (1 oz) freshly squeezed lime juice

EQUIPMENT:

  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Chilled tumbler

MIXING METHOD:

Fill your shaker with ice cubes. Add the ingredients. Shake well, and strain into the glass. If you like, you can garnish with a zest of lime.
