Tuaca is an Italian brandy-based liqueur with sweet flavours of vanilla and orange. You’ll love the Dramatic Martini for its combination of orange and herbs, and the hint of hazelnut from the Baileys. This cocktail is the colour of milky coffee.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml (1 oz) Tuaca liqueur
- 30ml (1 oz) Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
- 30ml (1 oz) Grand Marnier
- 30ml (1 oz) milk
EQUIPMENT:
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Chilled Martini glass
MIXING METHOD:
Fill the shaker with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake, and then strain into the glass. Garnish with a dusting nutmeg.
