The BMW is quite strong but easy to drink. Its mellow, creamy texture is perfect to round off a meal.
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml (1 oz) Malibu coconut rum liqueur
- 30ml (1 oz) Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
- 30ml (1 oz) whisky
EQUIPMENT:
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Tumbler
MIXING METHOD:
Fill a shaker with ice and pour in all the ingredients. Shake, and then strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a spring of mint. You could also serve the BMW in a Martini glass, but without ice cubes.
