This beautiful ocean - blue cocktail makes your mouth water before it even reaches your lips! It brims with exotic fruits and has just a subtle hint of coconut. Wonderful!
INGREDIENTS:
- 30ml (1 oz) white rum
- 30ml (1 oz) blue curacao
- 30ml (1 oz) cream of coconut
- 60ml (2 oz) freshly pressed pineapple juice
- Blender
- Strainer
- Highball glass
MIXING METHOD:
Put some ice in your blender and pour in rum, curacao, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice. Whizz until smooth. Strain into a highball, garnish with a cherry on a stick, and serve with a straw.
