Belfast Brownie

August 14th, 2007

This warm and creamy cocktail reminds me of orange-flavoured chocolate. It is heaven for anyone with a sweet tooth. Serve it really well chilled to bring out the full complexity of he flavours.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 20ml (2/3 oz) curacao
  • 20ml (2/3 oz) Irish cream liqueur
  • 20ml (2/3 oz) brown creme de cacao
  • 4 pieces candied orange peel
  • 2 tbsp single cream

EQUIPMENT:

  • Blender
  • Strainer
  • Chilled Martini glass

MIXING METHOD:

Mix all the ingredients in the blender and then strain into the chilled Martini glass. If you prefer, you could serve it over ice in a tumbler.
