This is a perfect aperitif- fresh with a touch of bitterness. Serve it well-chilled to enhance the aniseed and nutty flavours of the Pernod.
INGREDIENTS:
- 20ml (2/3 oz) Plymouth gin
- 20ml (2/3 oz) dry vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Dash Pernod
EQUIPMENT:
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Frosted Martini glass
MIXING METHOD:
Fill the shaker with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into the glass.
