Created in the 1940s, this cocktail is both intense and subtle. Its flavours are dominated by the orange of the Grand Marnier and the citrus, but are softened by the egg white, which also gives it a creamy feel.
INGREDIENTS:

- 15ml (1/2 oz) white rum
- 15ml (1/2 oz) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15ml (1/2 oz) cranberry juice
- Dash freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tsp egg white (optional)
- Shaker
- Strainer
- Martini glass
MIXING METHOD:
Fill the shaker with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake well and strain into the glass. Garnish with fresh berries.
